Private peer pods for solo founders

For the parts of building nobody talks about.

Tamvi matches you with 3–4 founders at your stage. A private group. A weekly check-in. People who actually get it.

No launch date yet. First pods will be small and hand-matched.

Week 3 check-in 🌿

You already know this feeling.

Building alone is the strangest kind of hard.

Not the stuff everyone warns you about.

Not the market risk. Not the cash flow. Not the technical debt.

Those are visible. People expect those.

It’s the quiet stuff.

Click what resonates

It’s not that community doesn’t exist.

It’s that the community that exists is built for visibility, not honesty.

That’s the gap Tamvi is trying to fill.

Simple by design.

01

You tell us about yourself.

A quick onboarding - what you’re building, where you are, what’s been hard. Your answers are what we use to match you - so we take them seriously.

02

We match you into a pod.

You get matched with 3-4 founders at your stage. Before anything starts, everyone takes a few minutes to introduce themselves - what they’re building, where they are, what they’re wrestling with. By the time the first check-in lands, these are already real people to you.

03

Your pod is always there.

Once a week, one question: how’s it actually going? But the pod chat is always open. Stuck on a decision at 11pm on a Wednesday? Drop it. That’s what your pod is for.

Your podmates will know what you’re building. And the hardest parts - making decisions alone, staying motivated, figuring out what actually matters - those are universal. Same industry is a plus. Same point in the journey is what matters. What makes a pod work isn’t shared expertise. It’s shared experience.

What happens inside your pod.

Always there. Never demanding.

A few things we deliberately left out.

Private by default. Everything inside your pod stays inside your pod — always.

No leaderboards or streaks. We’re not gamifying your mental health.

No coaches or facilitators. Just founders, talking to founders.

No using your pod as an audience. Share what you’re building, ask for real feedback, get genuine help. Just don’t treat your podmates like followers.

No mandatory calls. Everything is async by default - but if your pod wants to talk live, you can always request one.

No noise. Your pod has 3–4 people. That’s it.

Why not just use what already exists?

There are masterminds for founders who’ve already made it ($200–500/month, application required). There are accountability apps for shipping faster. There are Discord servers with 40,000 members where you can announce your MRR milestone to strangers.

Tamvi is none of those.

It’s for the part of building that none of those things actually address: the weeks where you’re not making it yet, you don’t have a milestone to announce, and you just need someone who understands what it feels like to be exactly where you are right now.

Is this for you?

You’re building something, mostly alone. Maybe pre-launch, maybe early revenue, maybe somewhere in between. You’ve tried the communities. You’ve posted in the subreddits. You might even have a few people you loosely call accountability partners.

But you don’t have a small, consistent, private group of people who know your story well enough to actually help when things get hard.

If that’s you, Tamvi is for you.

We’re building this carefully.

First pods will be small and hand-matched. We’d rather get 5 pods right than 500 pods wrong. Leave your email and we’ll reach out when your pod is ready.

No spam. Just a message when Tamvi is ready.
